We offer a 7-day return window for eligible items purchased from GOWIGGLE NEST PRIVATE LIMITED. Our goal is to make returns easy, transparent, and hassle-free.

Eligible Returns

  • Wrong item delivered
  • Expired, damaged, or defective product
  • Product significantly different from the description

Non-returnable Items

  • Grooming or hygiene products (e.g. shampoo, brushes, bowls)
  • Custom or personalized products
  • Items returned after 7 days of delivery

How to Return

  2. Provide order details, reason for return, and images (if applicable).
  3. Once approved, we'll arrange pickup or guide you through return shipping.
  4. Refund or replacement will be initiated after inspection.
  • Returned items must be unused, in original packaging, and with all tags intact.
  • Returns are not accepted for items marked as "non-returnable" at the time of purchase.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
  • Replacement will be delivered in 5-7 working days after approval.
