Eligible Returns
- Wrong item delivered
- Expired, damaged, or defective product
- Product significantly different from the description
Non-returnable Items
- Grooming or hygiene products (e.g. shampoo, brushes, bowls)
- Custom or personalized products
- Items returned after 7 days of delivery
How to Return

- Provide order details, reason for return, and images (if applicable).
- Once approved, we'll arrange pickup or guide you through return shipping.
- Refund or replacement will be initiated after inspection.
- Returned items must be unused, in original packaging, and with all tags intact.
- Returns are not accepted for items marked as "non-returnable" at the time of purchase.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
- Replacement will be delivered in 5-7 working days after approval.
